Ordered a flat white to go and it was completely cold by the time I got to the counter. The barista seemed rushed and never called my name — I stood there for fifteen minutes watching other orders go out first.

I asked for oat milk because I am lactose intolerant and got regular milk in my cappuccino. Did not realize until I was already halfway through it. Please double-check dairy substitutions.

The cold brew tasted watered down and there was barely any ice. For $5.25 I expected a lot more. Service was friendly though.

My croissant was stale and clearly from the day before. Really disappointing for a place that markets itself on fresh pastries.

Coffee was fine but the shop was freezing cold and there was nowhere to sit — every table had dirty cups on it that no one cleared the whole time I was there.

Got the wrong order entirely — I ordered a banana bread slice and a decaf, ended up with a regular house blend and no pastry. Had to go back and the line was out the door.

The bag of house blend beans I bought online arrived with the seal broken and half the beans stale. Not what I expected from a specialty roaster.

Love the coffee but the mobile order was ready 20 minutes late and no one apologized. If you offer mobile ordering it should actually save time.
